The mission of the Maryland Engineering Challenges is to introduce students in grades 1 to 12 to the role of engineers in today's society and connect what students learn in school with real-world engineering concepts.
Students who are interested in participating in the Maryland Engineering Challenges will need an adult Coach—a teacher, parent, or other interested adult—to complete this registration process and provide age-appropriate support for the challenges.
There is a single $8.00 fee per Coach to participate in the 2010 activities. This fee is used to fund costs related to distributing kits and information for the Maryland Engineering Challenges. After completing the registration process, please mail your check for $8.00, payable to Baltimore Museum of Industry, to: BMI / MEC, 1415 Key Highway, Baltimore MD 21230
COACHES: Complete a single registration form for each of your teams. You do not need to enter address, phone, or email information after your first complete registration.
